100-Ton Inclined Press for Building Products Manufacturing
Customer Requirement
A global leader in the manufacture of floors and ceilings for residential and commercial use required a mechanical press for a special application. The application required a special frame design to be permanently inclined at 30 degrees. The drive needed to be a direct flywheel drive with eccentric shaft and variable speed feature to deliver speed and flywheel energy for the application. The slide required 8 point guiding to maintain slide and bed parallelism and special press controls for press and system diagnostics.
