Service Rate Schedule
Effective January 1, 2007

LABOR AND TRAVEL RATES

$105 per hour per (8) hour day (Monday-Friday)

$155 per hour after (8) hours (Monday-Friday),
Saturday up to 8 hours

$205 per hour after (8) hours on
Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays

$68 per hour will be charged for
"In the Air" or "Vehicle" travel.

TRAVEL AND LIVING EXPENSES

All travel and living expenses will be charged at cost plus 10%; plus $35.00 per diem/per man. (This will include airfare, car rental, taxes, and duties.)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• An estimate is not a quote; all labor and travel time will be billed as “actual times spent”.
• Confirming purchase order must accompany all service requests; payment net 30 days labor and expenses.
• Press must be out of production, easily accessible with all dies and ancillaries removed prior to arrival of technician.
• Estimates are based on reasonable ability to disassemble.
• Parts estimates are based on specific scope of work, not related parts or assemblies.
• Estimates are based on reasonable availability of your crane/forklift or other support equipment.
• A revised or additional P.O. is required for services requested outside of the specific scope of work and will be billed our normal labor rates.
